This week in Port Carling

We had a great second weekend on our new food shop, most of all we were happy to see some of our loyal customers from last year who where excited about the changes and our vision for this summer. 

So far the farms only have rhubarb, but the crops are in the grounds and are starting to sprout. This summers bounty looks promising, Chef Rui and I are planning our creations that will be available for all of you to enjoy.

Each week we will have "What's in Store" a listing of all the delicious prepared food items that we will have to take the cooking out of cottage...and give you the well deserved time that you need to regenerate.
