
Fresh from the Farm:
We will be carrying some Muskoka Baby Potatoes and are they ever good! We have a mixture of them, red, purple, yellow and white. There are many choices, we have them Roasted with whole Garlic and in Potato Salads ~ three different ones to choose from this week! Tradional tossed in light Mayo, Roasted with Mushroom tossed in a vinagrette and Arugala Pesto Tossed!
This weekend we will have Bok Choy and Swiss Chard as well.
New for this weekend in our display fridge:
Smoked Salmon buds on Blini with lemon scented light cream
Sweet potato Crusted Shrimp, Spring Rolls, Mini Smoked Chicken quesadillas, Thai Salad Rolls, Crab and Lobster Cakes
Grilled Sweet Potato topped with Upper Canada Cream and Pigeon Berries...
Chefs Cajun Fried Chicken.....Great Hot or Cold.......we sold out of this early last week....
We have changed the Cheese in our Pastry Wrapped Brie and our Sun dried Tomato Pesto topped Brie .....back to .......Upper Canada Cream....the cheese is a little larger but this will melt really well, and of course its made here in Ontario..I think it just tastes better!
Mini Chocolate Cupcakes..Kelly's Mom has been requesting this so this week they will be here!
Mini Lemon Meringue Pies......these two bite mini pies will be a hit at your cottage this weekend.
Mac n Cheese..we will be have a new gourmet cheese blend...and our famous lobster..regular and Gluten Free will be available
Kids Mac n Cheese is back this week in the individual serving size
Our House Pate and Smoked Salmon Terrine (made with light cream cheese) will be back again this week!
Of course we will have lots of Salmon, poached and cedar plank ready to go..this makes a perfect lunch with a side salad.
Baby Back Ribs...melt off the bone..just 10 minutes on the BBQ

One last thing...I have been selected as the Tetra Pak spokes person...so let me suggest that you buy some wine in Tetra Pak packaging this weekend, the containers are recyclable, they are light to carry, easy to dispose in your recycles box..or take them to the bottle depot for your deposit refund...the best part is that the wine is really good! I tried the Pelee Island Pinot Grigio....I would put that against the Italian version any day...its a winner...and its local wine with a definite cost savings!
